Léa-Rose Stoian – Deputy Director & Head of Operations
Léa-Rose is a jurist specializing in international criminal law, and criminal sciences. She graduated in International Relations from the Higher Institute of International Studies at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, as well as graduating from the International Institute of Human Rights (René Cassin Foundation) in International Humanitarian Law.
With a strong interest for international politics, Léa-Rose has worked for a firm of strategic consultants specializing in cybercrime and counter-terrorism issues, and then in a foreign policy and military strategy think tank based in Washington DC.
She joined WWoW in September 2016, and is in charge of the management and design of field projects; particularly in Libya, Iraq and Central Africa. Parallel to this, Léa-Rose is involved in the development of the WWoW Centre of Expertise.
As Céline Bardet’s aide-de-camp, she manages her agenda and coordinates all requests for public intervention.
