For several years, the founder and Executive Director of WWoW, Céline Bardet, has been regularly approached by French and international media to provide her expertise on emerging issues related to sexual violence, particularly in the areas of justice, terrorism, and multilateralism. Since its creation, the NGO has worked to bring conflict-related sexual violence to the forefront of media and public attention. Its advocacy and awareness-raising efforts have played a key role in the recognition of wartime rape as a major issue, particularly in France.

More recently, the war in Ukraine in 2022 and the terrorist attack of October 7, 2023, in Israel have once again highlighted the use of sexual violence as a weapon of war. In response to these crises, Céline Bardet has been regularly called upon by the media to provide analysis and expert insight on these issues.
