President and Founder
Céline is an international criminal lawyer and investigator. After years of fieldwork, she founded WWoW in 2014 and created the digital tool BackUp for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence. Ten years later, she remains deeply committed to the NGO, serving as its President.

Flore Siproudhis
Lawyer
Flore joined WWoW in March 2025 as a trainee lawyer for a period of five months. She provides cross-functional support to the team, particularly on the Ukraine project and within the Justice department.

Léa-Rose Stoian
Strategic Advisor
Léa-Rose joined the NGO in 2016, where she co-created the BackUp tool with Céline Bardet. She has since become an independent consultant but remains actively involved in the organization. She advises the NGO on the international deployment strategy of BackUp, particularly within the framework of the Nigeria project.

Mudhafar Tawfeeq
Lawyer specializing in public international law
Mudhafar joined the team in October 2025. He is a lawyer and doctoral student specialising in international criminal and humanitarian law, working in particular on armed actors in Iraq. He covered the Lumbala trial and supports the organisation in developing its legal department.

Maïc Lesouef
Project Manager
Maïc joined WWoW in 2022 during her final-year internship. Since 2023, she has been in charge of the Nigeria project. She is also responsible for coordinating the evolution of the BackUp tool and assessing its feasibility in the various contexts of the NGO's interventions.
