Léa-Rose is a lawyer, specialized in criminal justice and criminology, holding an MSc from Leiden Law School (Netherlands).
 

She joined WWoW in 2016 as a program officer, later becoming the operations manager. Having arrived in the very beginning, Léa-Rose also co-created the BackUp tool.

In 2022, she became an Officer for Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration in the Central African Republic as part of MINUSCA. She is now an independent consultant in France and abroad, particularly focusing on penitentiary issues and violent radicalization.
 

Remaining deeply involved with WWoW, she currently serves as an advisor to the organization, primarily on the international deployment strategy of BackUp.
